A: The free ride bus stops in front of the complex at least nine times an hour going toward Peak 8 (Green and Black Routes).
A2: The bus is the best way back, but with good snow an advanced skier can ski along 4 O'Clock Run Rd from the trail right to the condo patio.
Anything else we should bring to enjoy our vacation?
A: The kitchen is fully stocked with pot/pans etc. so all you need is the food you want to eat. Towels and linens are also provided.
A2: You may wish to bring swim suits to enjoy the sauna and spa or to visit the Breckenridge Recreation Center (see link in the next question).
How far is X from the condo?
A: Breckenridge is a small town and has a good free bus system so getting anywhere is not a problem, although parking in town during ski season can sometimes be a challange.
A2: The awesome Breckenridge Recreation Center is an easy drive of about 2.5 miles to the north end of town or you can take the bus.
A3: Keystone is about 15 miles, Copper 17, Arapahoe Basin 20, Vail 37, Beaver Creek 46 and Winter Park 66.
Can I check-in early and check-out late?
A: We will try to accomodate you but if a party is renting the unit on either end of your stay we may not be able as our cleaning crew needs time to get the unit it tip-top shape. We will inform you by email a day or so before your arrival.
Why is six guests the limit?
A: For everyone's enjoyment six is the most the condo will comfortably accommodate.
Does the condo have a dining room table and chairs?
A: A ~12 foot peninsula seporates the kitchen from the living room with seating for six that servers as the table. The living room is sunken so the peninsula is at bar height on that side. Seating for 6 is provided.
Is all the information on the website currently accurate?
A: Yes! We strive to keep everything up to date.
Why don't you have a phone in the condo?
A: With so many people carrying a mobile phone these days who needs it? Anyway do you really want to answer a call at 1am from someone looking for Uncle Pat or Cheezee?
How big is the condo?
A: 836 sq. ft. inside with a small deck and large yard off the living room.
How do we get a mid-stay cleaning or towel exchange?
A: Just ask when making a reservation and we will schedule it (cost varies). Remember our condo has a washer and dryer so you could always do a load or two.
